Private Appointments
This service is offered on a strictly private and exclusive basis and encompasses private studio visits, made-to-order fittings, semi-bespoke appointments, in-person bespoke consultations, remote bespoke consultations, and any other services provided within the intimate and relaxing setting of our London atelier.
Private appointments are subject to a £200 fee (inclusive of VAT). This fee is redeemable against your final order. The credit remains valid for seven days from the date of your appointment. Please note that once confirmed, this service is non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the form of Store Credit.

Open Doors
The perfect opportunity to explore our latest designs and launches, try samples, discover colours and fabrics, and experience our universe in person.
Please note that Open Door visits are not tailored to individual candidates, and we reserve the right to curate and present a private, limited selection of designs each month.
During Open Door days, we are unable to provide bridal consultations, bespoke consultations, take measurements, or offer any of our private or exclusive services. If you wish for a more personalised and private setting, or would like to view an extended collection of designs, please request a private appointment with us.
For hygiene reasons, samples and pieces available for fittings and display are not offered for sale. On rare occasions, a limited number of pieces may be available for immediate purchase; these items will remain undisclosed until the day of the visit.
Made-to-order and in-stock purchases may be placed on the day with the assistance of one of our team members, who will confirm delivery timelines, design details, and any other relevant information specific to your order. Please note that we are unable to accept cash payments on the day.
